Terms and Conditions
This document contains the conditions of purchase of the services that WAYCO-IDEAS, S.L (hereinafter “WAYCO“), with VAT number B98549959, registered office at C/ Almirante Cadarso Nº 26 – Valencia 46005 (Spain) and contact email hola@wayco.es offers through the website www.wayco.es including the general conditions of the contract, as well as pre-contractual, contractual and post-contractual information, so we recommend that you read them carefully before starting the process of booking or purchase of any service.
1.- GENERAL ASPECTS
These terms and conditions are written in Spanish and English and are permanently available to the user on the website.
These general conditions are governed by Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services.
This website is intended for natural persons and legal entities. In the case of natural persons, we inform you that the website is exclusively aimed at persons over 18 years of age, and therefore the user declares that he/she is of legal age.
WAYCO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions and the content of the website in order to adapt them to compliance with the applicable regulations, sending an e-mail to users to inform them of the updates.
2.- OBJECT
The purpose of this document is to regulate the relationship between the user and WAYCO in the acquisition by the user of the services that WAYCO offers through the website www.wayco.es. The services are offered only for Wayco spaces located in the city of Valencia, or activities carried out in the province of Valencia.
Not every user who contracts through the website is considered a consumer. For these purposes, consumers shall be understood to mean only natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession and legal persons and unincorporated entities acting on a non-profit basis outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
3.- SERVICES OFFERED ON THE WEBSITE
WAYCO offers through its website two types of services: Coworking services and activities related to the promotion of events for Wayco members.
3.1. COWORKING SERVICES
WAYCO’s main activity consists of renting coworking spaces, through its spaces located in the city of Valencia.
Through the website, the user can obtain a pass to enjoy the coworking space for a certain number of days. The user can decide whether to book a pass for full access to the coworking space or whether to use only the terrace of the coworking space located at Mariano Cuber, 17 (known as “terrace pass”).
3.2. ACTIVITIES FOR WAYCO MEMBERS
WAYCO offers its members certain activities that may or may not be paid for, with the aim of promoting meetings between members and strengthening the community of Wayco users that it currently has.
These activities will be described on the website, with information on whether it is a paid activity or whether it is free of charge.
4.- PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
4.1. PRICES
The prices of the different Coworking passes, as well as of the Community activities and, in general, of any of the services offered through the WAYCO website are expressed in euros and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) except where expressly indicated.
WAYCO reserves the right to modify the prices of the services, respecting the rates in force at any time.
In the event of any promotion or discount on any service, these will appear on the website, together with the validity and conditions of the promotion.
4.2. METHODS OF PAYMENT
At the time of purchase, the user must pay the total amount of the purchase through the Stripe platform enabled for this purpose.
During the booking process of any service, the user will be redirected to the Stripe payment gateway and must enter the payment details. WAYCO does not store or retain user payment details.
When making the payment, the user shall guarantee that he/she is the owner of the payment method or that he/she is duly authorised, in the case of companies, to make the payment. The payment gateway will request the necessary security data for verification, so the user is solely responsible for its proper use.
5.- BOOKING MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
Once the payment has been confirmed for the reservation of participation in an activity in the agenda, the user cannot make any changes. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will be forfeited.
6.- USER RESPONSIBILITY
By purchasing tickets for activities in the agenda, day passes and/or terrace passes, the user undertakes to make proper use of the facilities under the terms specified in the contract for each product.
7.- COEXISTENCE RULES
The user undertakes to respect the rules of coexistence during the use and enjoyment of the facilities of the coworking spaces offered by Wayco both in the events of the Community and in the work areas.

9.- OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
These terms and conditions are written in Spanish and English, but in case of conflict or differences between them, the Spanish version shall prevail.
10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable e-commerce and consumer regulations.
Otherwise, the courts and tribunals of Valencia shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/2017, of 2 November, which transposes Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters.
