Valencia is about to welcome a new hub for innovation, talent and professional life. Wayco is preparing to open its fourth space in the first quarter of 2026 at 13 Pizarro Street, a location that concentrates some of the city’s highest business activity.
A building reborn as a premium coworking space
The new Wayco Pizarro will occupy a fully renovated six-storey building, designed with sustainability in mind and equipped with state-of-the-art smart technology. Its more than 2,000 sqm will host 209 workstations distributed across private offices with terraces, fixed and flexible desks, and communal areas created to inspire, connect and spark ideas.
The space has been conceived for professionals and companies seeking more than just an office: a comfortable, elegant and functional environment in a strategic location with excellent connections to the rest of the city.
Responding to growing demand
The launch of Wayco Pizarro comes at a key moment. According to Savills’ Visión Valencia 2025 report, office availability in the city stands at below 4%, while top-tier buildings are close to reaching full occupancy. With this new space, Wayco helps expand the stock of premium offices in the heart of Valencia.
‘Wayco Pizarro is a step forward. It is located on one of the most important business streets in Valencia and we have designed it with the utmost attention to detail. We want to offer a space that blends the best of coworking with the best of a traditional office, where companies can project a strong image and their teams feel comfortable and connected,’ explains Víctor Cambralla, CEO of Wayco.
Offices designed for growing teams
One of the project’s major strengths lies in its premium private offices, designed for teams of 8 to 40 people. They feature independent 24/7 access, customisation options, private terraces, meeting rooms, break areas and a café. All of this is complemented by a dedicated customer service team ensuring that companies can stay focused on what truly matters: progressing.
A space with a Valencian soul
Local identity is an essential part of Wayco’s DNA and it will also play a leading role in Pizarro. The history of the building is intertwined with references to iconic figures and landmarks of the city, such as Concha Piquer, Casa Calabuig or El Micalet, which inspire room names, visual touches and design details. The result is a coworking space that pays homage to Valencian culture through a contemporary lens.
‘For more than a decade, Wayco has been fostering talent and promoting collaboration in Valencia’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. With Pizarro, we want to continue weaving that network of creativity, innovation and positive energy that defines our city,’ adds Cambralla.
Sustainability, wellbeing and community
As with all its spaces, Wayco has prioritised the creation of a healthy, efficient and people-centred environment. The building incorporates responsible materials, ergonomic furniture, abundant natural light and areas that encourage both concentration and creativity.
The community will remain at the heart of it all: a diverse ecosystem of professionals and national and international companies who share values, projects and a way of working grounded in wellbeing and collaboration.
