About us
2013
Our story begins in 2013, when we opened our doors in the heart of the Ciutat Vella neighbourhood in Valencia. From the beginning, we welcomed a small but vibrant community of freelancers and digital nomads, laying the foundations of what Wayco is today.
2018
Over time, and in response to the growing demand for shared workspaces in the city, we opened the first phase of Wayco Ruzafa. In 2018, this space expanded to 2,400 m², consolidating itself as a key meeting point for professionals in the centre of Valencia.
2020
In 2020, the search for larger premises with better services led to the relocation of the Ciutat Vella centre to a new location, giving rise to Wayco Abastos. This space, which as of 2022 also includes private offices, has a total area of 1,800 m².
2023
In April 2023, we opened the doors of our third coworking space, Wayco Cabanyal, a 2,600 m² space located in one of the fastest growing areas of Valencia: Cabanyal-Canyamelar.
Today we are a community of more than 500 people of different nationalities who enjoy creating, working and socialising in our three coworking spaces.
Although we have grown, our origins remain the same, Valencian, and our essence continues to endure. We firmly believe in creating communities within our neighbourhoods, driving a change in the way work is managed and fostering personal and professional growth through coexistence. Our approach not only boosts productivity, but also generates a positive social impact on the city.
And yes, we love to label ourselves and talk about #COpeople when we refer to our community, with no hang-ups.

In our spaces, you will find everything from private offices to large terraces and multipurpose rooms, designed to be flexible and welcoming. We also have a catering service with local produce that combines the everyday convenience of a cafeteria with the quality of a restaurant for special events, making every day at Wayco a unique experience.
